Mobbing davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 kas\u0131tl\u0131 veya k\u00f6t\u00fc niyetli davran\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu konuya dair yasal d\u00fczenlemeler Bor\u00e7lar Kanunu ve \u0130\u015f Kanunu h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinde bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130\u015f Yerinde Mobbing T\u00fcrleri Nelerdir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015f yerinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan mobbing t\u00fcrleri genel olarak \u00fc\u00e7 kategoridedir. \u0130lki, ayn\u0131 hiyerar\u015fide bulunan, birbirleriyle d\u00fczenli ili\u015fkileri olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n birbirlerine kar\u015f\u0131 mobbing davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ve tutumlar\u0131 sergiledi\u011fi yatay mobbing olarak isimlendirilir. E\u015fit stat\u00fcdeki rekabet en \u00f6nemli sebebidir. \u0130kinci mobbing t\u00fcr\u00fc, dikey mobbing ad\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131r.
